Site Engineer:
The Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and budget.
Job Description:
Manage client engagements during the implementation phase and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and other project stakeholders.
Manage manpower and contractor work progress and performance.
Ensure projects are executed according to the approved timeline, budget, safety, and technical standards, in coordination with other departments
Create a comprehensive project mobilization plan for the assigned project
Oversee actual works and ensure all site activities are compliant with the design specifications set out by the engineering/design department.
Maintain accurate project documentation.
Secure required documents for project completion and acceptance for the closure of the project.
Conduct project evaluation to identify areas that need improvements and implement changes for a future project
Key Performance Indicator
Accurate Project Planning after Project turnover from the Business Development Department.
Produce a detailed timeline, in coordination with the whole project stakeholders.
Project Safety Performance - maintain a zero accident in all projects
Delivery of the implementation team of the project based on the approved timeline and budget.
Overall Project Evaluation for each project
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/ Licensed Electrical Engineer
Experienced in Renewable Energy as a Site Engineer
With COSH / Safety Training is a plus
Knowledgeable on the Solar Industry is a must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in construction
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Must be a team leader for the whole construction team
With Project Management training seminar
With Project management Experience
Knowledgeable with MS Project / Smartsheet apps
