Description
Ensure that test management process is being followed and that quality testing is being performed.
Develop and execute test strategy, technical assessments and test plans for assigned modules/components/functionalities within a specific test discipline and work with the development team in developing test cases, test scripts, and acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are accurately validated during the certification process.
Manage software test deliverables and maintain test environment.
Develop, maintain and enhance test reports.
Provide test activity sizing on assigned modules/components/functionality.
Review test results to validate completion of testing.
Provide inputs to software quality metrics.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to develop test automation solutions for assigned modules or sub-systems when needed.
Design, create and maintain test automation scripts.
Code in key programming languages when needed.
Qualifications
Must hold a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology course or a related discipline
Solid work experience in one or multiple testing disciplines with business-oriented software applications/systems
Knowledge and experience with multiple testing strategies such as unit, integration, regression and system testing
Knowledge and experience in agile methodology
Experience with relational databases such as SQL
Experience with automation platforms such as UIPath, Appian is an advantage
Test automation and scripting experience is an advantage
Must have good oral and written skills in English
Must be willing to work on UK/US shift schedule
