- Able to learn about and contribute to ideas about new testing tools and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have an understanding of the software development cycle
- Be able to own and manage a project or multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adjust and re-prioritize projects and goals on the fly
- Effectively communicate with team both written and orally
- Previous experience with Test Driven Development
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, or other programming languages
