What you'll do:
As a Software QA Test Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of the customer communication management (CCM) software products before release to the clients.
Your role will involve developing and executing test plans, identifying, and documenting bugs and issues, and collaborating with development and technology operations teams to ensure timely resolution.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Analyse functional specifications for personalized Customer Communications campaigns and develop, execute, and maintain test plans for all allocated projects.
Deliver exceptional testing outcomes.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues in projects.
Collaborate with Technology teams to resolve issues and ensure the timely release of quality-tested products.
Analyse test results and provide feedback to the development and product teams.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing documentation and procedures.
Successful candidates must have:
2+ Years experience in writing and executing test plans, test cases, and
defect reports.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to build professional relationships with the team, internal stakeholders, and clients.
Highly Desired Additional Skills and Experience Required:
2+ Years experience in Customer Communications Management or the personalised communications industry.
Skills and experience using MS SQL.
Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium.
Experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) Platforms such as GMC/Quadient, Exstream, PReS, Emtex.
