The Application Developer - QA is an IT position at the Applications Development Team in a CRM
worldwide company. The Applications Development Team is in charge of providing Transcom
Management all the tools needed to manage business. Therefore, this position will allow you to
understand how a CRM company works, allowing to progress in a more system analyst role.
Responsibilities

The IT QA is responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality
including reliability, usability and performance required for distribution and the market to support the
company's key departments.
IT QA is also responsible for:
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Minimum experience on design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
Perform thorough functional, regression and smoke testing when bugs are resolved
Create and conduct a comprehensive performance testing plan
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Requirements
Experience and Qualifications
Graduate of Computing, Software Engineering or similar
Minimum 3 year experience in software quality assurance in application development.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
