What will you do?
The Quality Assurance Analyst reports to the Project Manager Officer and is responsible for maintaining the quality of the Company's systems and drives quality-related activities. S/he will be responsible for conducting tests before the product launch to ensure that all objectives and requirements are met. S/he must coordinate with the Product Team to ensure that the process is maintained and further improved to keep up with the fast-paced environment.
Requirements gathering
Gain an understanding of the Company products to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected;
Get Involved in the requirements gathering, design, planning, development, launch, and maintenance of the product to better guide and assist the Product Team in providing innovative high-quality solutions;
Test Case Management
Drive the process of creating the test cases for testing during development;
Own the process of making sure that test cases are executed;
Drive the test automation efforts of the company, to help reduce manual testing efforts
Talent Development and Continuous Improvement
Engage in the company's drive to improve the skills of the employees, its processes, and to help discover new tools/frameworks. To share knowledge and help colleagues and businesses improve operations.
Performs other ad hoc activities as necessary and as prescribed by the Immediate Manager or Authorized Representative.
What we're looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, or Information Technology.
Must have a basic understanding of C# or VB.NET
Must have a basic understanding of SQL
Must have an understanding of QA Testing Fundamentals
Must have an experience with automation testing.
This role will also require a mastery of the English language and the ability to communicate well.
Willing to work following Australian time & holidays.
