Position Overview
The Software Licensing Admin will be responsible for managing Cisco SaaS opportunities.
What you will do at Insight:
The Software Licensing Admin will be responsible for:
Responding to questions related to the operational practices of Cisco SaaS products
Creating quotes for net new opportunities, subscriptions modifications, and renewals
Managing renewals; sending out renewal notifications at 90-, 60-, and 45-day intervals
Processing orders and ensuring that proper documentation is in place prior to doing so
Communicating with Client Executives, Cisco Account Managers, and Cisco Product Sales Specialists on current opportunities
Working cross functionally with billing, legal, sales engineering, procurement, business development managers, and others
Providing daily reporting of Cisco SaaS sales to the larger Insight and Cisco team
Maintaining document organization
Other duties as assigned
What you will need to join Insight
Amenable to work on a NIGHT SHIFT schedule
Bachelor's Degree in Business / Accounting, or related field, from four-year College or University
At least 3 years of experience in software related roles, preferably with Cisco, and other related experience
Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
Strong written and verbal English communications skills
Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
Ability to work as part of a team and within a team inbox in an organized and efficient manner
Ability to effectively communicate requests and educate upon processes
Able to autonomously manage responsibilities in a timely manner
Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
Strong working knowledge of business math for pricing and reporting
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Teams
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro

Strong working knowledge of Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW), specifically the CCW SaaS/Subscriptions portal and deal submission process
