The Junior IT Solutions Engineer will assist in analyzing system requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective and efficient technology solutions. This role serves as a foundational position for gaining hands-on experience in systems integration, software development, and IT infrastructure within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications and IT solutions.
Collaborate with senior engineers and developers to implement new features, fix bugs, and improve system performance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to software documentation and testing activities.
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and recommend or implement effective solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX designers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Contribute to Agile development processes by participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other team ceremonies.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to software development and IT solutions.
Utilize version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools to manage code and streamline development workflows.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and continuous improvement in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
1 - 2 yrs working experience in the same field
Exposure to web or mobile app development frameworks.
Understanding of databases and basic SQL queries.
Knowledge in Cloud Architecture environment (e.g., AWS, GCP)
