Has an executional role in design and development projects or acts as an expert tester who designs test scripts and provides overall project guidance and planning support. Advises internally on solving functional and technical problems regarding the assigned applications and Infrastructure. This role is based in Houston, Texas. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Native Software Engineering is responsible for the delivery and support of software, which may include new development, configuration and installation of third party packages, and software integration efforts. . It may include tasks from every part of the software development lifecycle, including software and UI design, development, programming, and software deployment (both the installation and decommissioning of software). . It may include the support of the solution which has been developed by the team. . The role will involve working with other team members and stakeholders in other geographical locations and the job will involve working to and delivering solutions against fixed timelines. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Minimum Years of Experience: 4 years of corporate IT experience. . Expert in C# . Expert in .Net Framework or Core. . Expert in SQL Server or Oracle o Internet Information services (IIS). . Expert in Web services (ASP.NET) / windows services. . Experience in Understanding GIT source control concepts. . Experience in the Ability to write and execute unit tests. . Exposure to Asynchronous Messaging, ideally MQ or similar. . Experience in Azure DevOps for branching and Source Control, build and deployment. . Experience in PowerShell. . Experience in Python. . Experienced in using Jira and Azure DevOps in an Agile Environment. Soft Skills & Experience . Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders including senior leadership. . A real breadth of skills - from research to workshop facilitation to crafting prototypes and experiences. . Highly independent, flexible, and adapting to evolving environments, with well-developed people skills. . A confident and passionate designer but down-to-earth, humble, and personable. .
