General Objective: Developing data-intensive web-based HRIS platforms from the ground up
Duties and expectations include, but are not limited to, the following:
Participate in software systems design and development
Translate visual and written designs into software codes, working collaboratively with other members of the project - developers, analysts, stakeholders, SME's, and others.
Implement best practices per industry standards
Expected to document work as part of the SDLC
May perform tasks adjacent to software development (e.g. attend seminars, communicate with vendors, participate in user feedback analysis, and others).
Compliance with the Company Quality and Information Security Policy and sub-policies.
Responsible for protecting information assets of the company, company assets from unauthorized disclosure, breach or loss
Requirements:
Proven experience in Web App Design and Development
Recently heavily involved in the design and development of the user interface of a live web-based application
Has a particular eye for user experience (UX) design
Proven experience in API and Services Development
Recently heavily involved in building highly-available APIs in Microservices Architecture
Knows how to build high-performance computing software
