About the program
White Cloak Academy is a five-month full-time training program designed to equip the participants who want to become adept in software engineering with both theoretical and applied knowledge. The program aims to organically grow our team of highly skilled developers by providing opportunity to exceptional talent. Since it started, the program has already produced a number of trainees who are now benefitting from the technical foundation they gained as they continue to grow in crafting complex solutions for their clients.
Tracks
Four software engineering tracks will be offered:
Front-end web development - Node, TypeScript, React
Back-end development - Node, TypeScript, NestJS
Android application development - Kotlin
iOS application development - Swift
All tracks except back-end development will also learn Flutter.

Skills & Qualifications
Must be at least a graduate of the K-12 program
Must be familiar with programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.
Must be familiar with the basic concepts such as logic formulation, selection and iteration, and string manipulation.
Must have a basic understanding of software development processes
Must have less than 1 year of work experience related to software development
Application Process
Submit your CV via Google Forms, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, or LinkedIn. Eligible applicants will be contacted for two interviews: an HR interview followed by a technical interview. Afterward, applicants will be scheduled for a coding exam.
Twenty (20) slots will be allotted for this year's program. Waitlisted applicants will only be contacted in case slots are declined or unfilled.
