About the Role
 
We are looking for a highly motivated fresh graduate to join our IT team as an Software Engineer / Programmer. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in IT support while also developing skills in software programming and automation.
Key Responsibilities
 
Programming / Development Tasks:
Assist in developing internal tools, scripts, and simple applications.
Support system updates, testing, and documentation.
Help maintain and improve existing in-house software.
Collaborate with the IT team to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., reports, workflows).
Participate in project discussions, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge in the following is an advantage:
Programming languages (Java, JavaScript)
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Windows OS, MS Office
Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred (but not required)
OJT/Internship experience in IT support or software development.
Knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, or basic cybersecurity.
Experience using version control tools (Git).
