Has 1-2 years of experience in software development, system operations, or IT support (strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn are also welcome).
Communicates clearly and can explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Works confidently with support requests and operational tasks via phone, email, chat, or remote tools.
Brings patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills when assisting teammates or end-users.
Documents solutions thoroughly and maintains accurate logs.
Learns new systems, tools, and technologies quickly.
Is flexible to work shifts, weekends, or provide on-call support when required.
Has hands-on experience with Bash scripting and is proficient in using SSH for server access.
Is familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and has working knowledge of PostgreSQL.
Is comfortable working across multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Possesses strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
