Job Title: Software Engineer II
Job Description With minimal direction, this position is responsible for developing and managing the IT Service Management web application and its production environment. This application is developed using the latest PHP framework for front-end, and MySQL as Database. This position is also responsible for future developments and improvements using different technology or frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Angular, .NET, MySQL, MYSQL). This position will work closely with our quality teams and business analysis team to make sure the application is based on requirements and on its highest quality.
Candidate must be passionate about web application technology and creating robust, secure, enterprise-grade applications, as well as managing, coaching, and training junior developers to assist.
This role is also responsible for: release management, troubleshooting of reported Level 3 issues, creating unit test plan, and provide knowledge transfer session to Application Support team. With a minimum of 3 years software development experience.
