Duties and Requirements:
OUAF developer having extensive experience, Groovy, java
Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) / C2M
Successful full lifecycle implementation experience
Strong interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of meter-to-cash flow and billing
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), PLSQL
Experience working with Oracle SOA and BI Publisher is an advantage
Contribute to reusable collateral/accelerators
Knowledge sharing across peer group
Clear & timely communication internally, as well as externally with customers and partners
Required and desirable skills/certifications:  
OUAF developer having extensive experience, Groovy, java and Ouaf Config tools Scripts, BO, BS, Zones, UI Maps
Java SDk, J2ee, Java Script, Html, Xhtml, XML, Xpath, Hibernate, Junit
C2M, CC&B and/or CCS experience on three plus implementations;
5+years overall relevant experience, including 2+ years in consulting or services
Successful full lifecycle implementation experience;
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle CC&B, C2M, and/or CCS;
C2M, CCS, or CC&B Implementation Specialist certification (desirable, but not required);
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
