Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.
These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output. This also includes evaluating new tools, new techniques, strategies; Automation of common tasks; build of common utilities to drive organizational efficiency with a passion around technology and solutions and influence of thought and leadership on future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in new and innovative ways. Positions will vary in impact to IOI tied to DTC, Call Center Optimization, Lead Generation, and Digital Transformation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Implement solutions that exemplify modern practices
Reuse and / or develop moderately advanced instrumentation and diagnostics
Reuse and develop self-documenting functions, API's and micro-services to solve moderately advanced problems
Implement modern components, tools and technologies
Implement practices that support ATDD and CI/CD
Implement solutions to address issues and ensure efficient and consistent solutions
Reuse and develop algorithms to solve moderately advanced problems
Reuse and develop data structures to solve moderately advanced problems
Understand all the connected technology services and their impacts
Assess ideas in context of maximizing business value
Assess design and proposes options to ensure solution meets business needs in terms of security, scalability, reliability and feasibility
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
Design and build services to allow them to be automated
Identify opportunities to use AI / ML technologies
Responsibility across ALL brands for one to many of the following: website performance, consumer experience, UI / UX, services, etc.
Partner with developers to design and deliver clean, efficient code based on business and innovation specifications
Integrate software components and third-party programs, verify and deploy programs / systems, troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software both custom and leased
Analyze and investigate
Provide explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
Interpret policies and apply experience

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in C#.NET, React, Typescript, Nodejs, MaterialUI
5+ years of relevant or related experience in MS SQL 2005 and higher
Experience with mastering a variety of programming languages and practice building software
Knowledgeable in software development and testing concepts and methodology
Object-Oriented Programming Design and UML methodologies with analytical skills
Strong communication skills
