Our customer support is handling a growing merchant base with more complexity. Xendit delivers new features regularly and each of merchant supports their own customer base. Robust and reliable applications are needed to help both customer sucess and merchants address any questions on product usage.
Merchant Operations
Xendit is maintaining strategic relationships with payment partners to offer the widest payment choices to merchants. These partners have their unique requirements and conditions for onboarding Xendit's merchants to their system. Thus it is crucial for Xendit's Merchant Operations team ensure partner and merchant delight while doing so effectively and efficiently.
Fraud Detection
As Xendit grows, the probability of fraud by merchants or end users increases. If not handled well, it can hurt confident in Xendit and its growth.

Debug and fix inevitable bugs in building software

You may be a good fit if
At least one year of experience in application development.
A plus point if you are experienced in building and maintaining finance and/or banking applications
Have portfolio of work in NodeJS and other tech stack
Experienced in working with agile software development cycles
Experience in building automation is an advantage
