Aon is currently recruiting a Software Development Intern to join our team in Makati Philippines.

Job Responsibilities:
Work with developers, associates, and consultants on various projects
Support with the development of proposals, reports, etc.
Prepare application manuals - interface, flow, code repository
Assist with test automation scripts for applications
Implement software for tracking developer productivity
Assist in various ad-hoc projects
Suggested Skills and Experience:
Key interest in pursuing a career in web application and development
Disciplined and professional approach in delivering results
Possess excellent technical, organizational, and team-member skills
Self-motivated individual who takes additional team initiatives than required by the role without external motivation
Good communication and customer service skills
Education:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
