MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Software Developer!

The Software Developer is allowed to work from home. Once the pandemic situation is better, the Software Developer may be required to report in our IT Park office in Cebu.
General Description: Software Developers design, develop, and test software and applications. The main duties and responsibilities of software engineers include directing and participating in programming activities, monitoring, and evaluating system performance, and designing and implementing new programs and features.
Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City
Holidays: All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed.
Monthly Salary (not including bonuses): Php 20,000 - 25,000
Responsibilities:
Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
Testing and evaluating new programs
Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
Writing and implementing efficient code
Determining operational practicality and efficiency
Developing quality assurance procedures
Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
Training users
Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts, and QA analysts
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Preferably graduate of Information Technology or Computer Engineering, or any related course
Basic Programming Knowledge
Understanding of OOPS - (Object-Oriented Programming and Systems)
Basic knowledge of Software Engineering fundamentals
Familiar with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Software Engineering
Person should be creative, enthusiastic, energetic, curious, logical and eager to learn and bring learning to practice
Strong attention to minute details
Good in communication, analysis, teamwork (work well with a team and ability to lead and guide team members)
Ability to coordinate with the in-house team members of other departments
Ability to meet deadlines
Good English verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
