Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Bugfix and repairs of existing aussieBum projects, including but not limited to AB Website, AB Processing, ABS, AB Marketplace, AB SMS, and AB Raw Material
- Design and development of new systems
- Improvement and refactoring of existing systems
- Writing documentation
- Performing system administration tasks
Key tasks:
- Website, processing, or abs issue
- Design, specification, and implementation of the new software, or software + infrastructure machinery
- Refactor and code review existing components to make sure it conforms with the latest best practice
- Make sure the issue raised is resolved in a timely manner
- Write short manuals, comments, and swag specs for any systems you are working on
- Performing system administration tasks
Required Experience
- Intermediate to advanced use of CRM tools, MS applications; Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerBI dashboards
A Successful Candidate must have
- Solid understanding of web technologies: PHP, Laravel, Yii, Jquery, CSS / SASS, Gulp, and Grunt
- Solid understanding of PHP language and related standards. The mandatory standards are PSR-1, PSR-2, PSR-0/PSR-4, PSR-7
- Solid understanding of Yii, yii2, and Laravel frameworks
- Solid understanding of RDBMS systems
- General understanding of git
- General understanding of Linux and Linux sysadmin routines.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the company
- Ability to act as the first line of defense for the company, and present an image that reflects the company values or Teamwork, Can Do, and the 'Customer is the most important person in our company
