Developer is responsible in researching, analyzing, designing, and testing of software applications. Implements software programs and ensure that end products will comply with the client requirements and company set standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Research
Conducts innovative research based on a new trend to be used in the development of existing products.
Finds new tool and method to solve problems. Obtaining new and applicable knowledge that can be implemented on company's current development process.
Actively seek ways to improve business software process and interaction.
Systems Development
Engaging in all phases of software development cycle such as gathering and analyzing user and/or business system requirements.
Monitors and evaluate system performance and mitigating potential risk.
Conduct daily reviews and updates on the existing programs.
Perform testing and fixing of bugs and other coding issues.
Attends to change requests, enhancements and modifications of software application.
Consults with all concern parties to clarify program intent, identify possible issues and suggest improvement when necessary.
Collaborates with the team to produce best results.
Analyzes and test programs; maintains the integrity and accuracy of software source code prior to formal roll-out.
Ensure software security of company's private information and data.
Submit necessary progress report to immediate superior and provides feedback in resolving significant problems.
Implements, documents and keep tracks of the version Control System for both software and database.
Follow strict adherence to programming and documentation procedures.
Strictly observe project schedules and timeline.
Incident Management (Maintenance)
Attend to escalated incident reports and ensure to meet client requirements based on Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Operational Level Agreement (OLA).
Create and document all performed short-term and long-term fix.
Recommends and initiate possible solutions to any problem areas requiring immediate action.
Performs resolution on coding problems quickly and efficiently.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs experienced employee specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Basic knowledge in a database especially MySQL and SQLite or any SQLs.
Candidate must be proficient in any programming Language such as Php, Java, and VB.Net.
Must be knowledgeable in Object-Oriented Programming
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software I.T Solutions 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
