About the Role
The Senior QA Developer will lead the Quality Assurance support for both Manila and Denmark.
You will be tasked to support all Platform Teams. Lastly this position needs to collaborate and carry out on the overall IoT quality agenda.
The Senior QA Developer reports to the Manager of IoT in Manila
Key Activities:
In our team, you will have the role as a Full Stack developer who will develop web-based frontend applications with a focus on Javascript frontend and Java backend. Your main areas of responsibility will be to:
Implement Test Cases and Document Results for Test Case execution.
Identify defects and log them into defect tracking tool.
Verify Fixes in a detailed, efficient and timely manner.
Perform functional, regression and browser capability testing
Utilize effective time management skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsible for ensuring that the software meets the original design specification.
Ensuring corrective actions on exceptions, and problems identified
Providing guidance to team members regarding documentation and resolution requirements
Identifying risk and problem areas and recommend improvements.
Key Success Factors: Automation; Manual Test, Test Cases
Qualifications and Skills Required:
8-10 years of relevant experience working in Quality Assurance.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledgeable in Automation Testing Tool
-Selenium Web Driver in C#
-Specflow/Cucumber
Experience in API Testing Rest Sharp
-CI / FD
Familiar with Cross-platform, multi-browser issues.
Knowledgeable in different types of testing
Knowledgeable in different practices in Unit Testing
Knowledgeable in practices within QA Automation.
Knowledge of Source Code Control Tools.
Good Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
Great collaboration skills
Must have a very outgoing, open and inclusive personality.
Independent and self-motivated
Significant PC skills with above average knowledge and use of Microsoft Office application programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as skilled aptitude for learning and applying new systems and programs.
