The role in a nutshell:
Are you a tech-savvy superhero with a passion for ensuring software quality? Do you have experience in automated testing and a knack for crushing bugs? Then we want you on our team! As our Automation Tester, you'll be responsible for wielding your automated testing powers to ensure the functionality and quality of our software applications. You'll get to flex your testing muscles with a variety of testing frameworks and automation tools, all while working in a dynamic software development environment. Save the day by keeping our software bug-free.
What you will do:
You will develop and execute automated test scripts using testing frameworks and test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, or similar tools.
You need to collaborate with software developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify and understand testing requirements and specifications.
You will participate in the review and analysis of product requirements and specifications to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
You are responsible to report and document defects and issues found during the testing process and provide feedback to development teams for resolution.
You will conduct regression testing, performance testing, and load testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the software applications.
You need to develop and maintain automated test scripts and test cases in a reusable and maintainable format.
You will continuously improve testing processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in automation testing, preferably in a software development environment.
Experience with testing frameworks and test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Test Complete, or similar tools.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
