Details:Job SummaryAs a Software Asset Manager in Stefanini"s IT Asset Management team, you will be involved in the acquisition, compliance, maintenance renewals, life cycle planning and costing for software entitlements. Position will be required to understand software licensing and enetitlements and have a proven track record of participating in vendor audits, true-ups and contract renewal support.This position uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Builds collaborative working relationships internally and externally. Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position.Job Responsibilities
Facilitate the business" needs for our customers by ensuring that maintenance, support and upgrade protection renewals are managed/handled/ordered in advance of their expiration.
Identify and track savings opportunities for renewals, software licensing, and services.
Provide information to our customers for budgeting, software compliance & inventory, contract summaries, and cost comparisons.
Enter and maintain information in a database format to address budgeting, software compliance & inventory, contracts, and cost.
Assist in the development of reporting to address management requirements to obtain information.
Communicate through email, individual interview, group meetings, and presentations to customers and internal leadership.
Respond to requests from customers and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information.
Ensures that all entitlement data is entered according to best practices and customer requirements
Ensures that data retrieved from customer cloud portals is appropriately entered according to best practices and customer requirements.
Knowledge of working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows.

Job RequirementsDetails:Qualifications & Job SkillsBachelor"s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Conceptional knowledge of Information Technology
Written and verbal communication skills
Proven researching ability
Bachelor"s Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
Role Desirables
IT Asset Management and Discovery Tools experience, specifically Flexera 1.
Understanding of SAS Management
Knowledge of working in Software Publisher Portals
Able to provide SAM Consulting
Licensing Subject Matter Expert for one of the following: Microsoft, Oracle, IBM or RedHat
Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions
IAITAM certification (helpful but not required)
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with IT terminology and functions.
