Design and develop new software systems and applications for dotph & create software products tailored to a dotph clients' specific needs.
Identify the appropriate software architecture/design for enhancements of existing dotph's applications (e.g. dot ph website.
Serve as the high-level decision maker in the process of determining everything from design choices to technical standards.
Establish guidelines , work closely and lead development team
Requirements
With at least 8 years' experience as a software architect
Has experience in designing enterprise applications, SAAS Services and/or multi-tenant applications. These applications should be highly available and have robust API layer.
Has experience in building applications & web applications/websites that work with different operating systems & web browsers..
Experienced in software development of various programming languages (Java & Ruby on Rails)
Excellent communication skills and Strong problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of quality standards
Project & People Management skill is a plus
