Your Responsibilities
Design & document flexible, scalable, and robust state-of-the-art architecture for Customer Relationship Management and Practice Care Management to meet the dynamic needs using Salesforce
Define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a solution
Develop data strategy and a conceptual data model ad reviewing existing data models for best data reporting framework on Salesforce reports and dashboards and external reporting tool like Tableau and Power BI
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to technical resources
Present architecture options and recommendations including configuration vs. customization
Define and implement governing processes based on Salesforce best practices
Device industry best practices
DevOps processes
Change & Release Management leveraging Agile methodologies Incident Management
Understand the underlying Salesforce architecture and interfacing systems including our website, HRIS system, Microsoft, web services
Conceptualize, present, and execute ideas with emphasis on serving as a technical lead on development projects with on-shore and off-shore components
Serve as the bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical developers to transform and develop new requirements into designs, development approaches and implementation
Drive adoption of development methodology best practices
Evangelize and facilitate the Salesforce platform and eco-system across the organization Identify problem areas (process and technical) and recommend solutions
About You
You are a self-starer and open to learning and implementing best practices in Salesforce design and development and be part of a fun and high performing software team.
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience You have 5-10 years of progressive software development and/or tech lead experience
You have 5+ years working with the Salesforce platform and multiple full lifecycle Salesforce implementations overseeing the technical direction, development and implementation including Apex, Lightning and LWC
You have Salesforce Administrator and Developer Certifications (preferred)
You have experience with Salesforce.com integration solutions, including SOAP API, REST API, services, and Bulk API.
You have experience leading onshore and offshore technical teams
You have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle leveraging agile methodologies and the specific requirements for maintaining systems in a regulated environment
You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You can mentor team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications
You have successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
You have proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
You have the ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
