Job Description
We are looking for IT Developers for ShopSM, SM Retail's eCommerce/ online digital arm. The IT Developers will be involved in hands-on problem solving while developing and implementing plans to improve customer experience.
Below are the possible roles that will be assigned:
UI/ UX Design
Develop personas, user flows, scenarios & user experience goals
Create new experiences that welcome, inform and convert users to our products. Collaborate with designers & engineers to create a concept, design and prototype that can be deployed to actual users
Software Engineering/ Development
Develop features that our users and customers need to deliver the best experience possible
Frontend Development - create features that will impact how millions of customers see and use our website daily
Backend Development - create features that our users will love to deliver the best customer experience to our customers
Analytics
Develop a research project and presenting to senior leadership the results at the end of the program
Opportunity to play in enormous data structure evaluating new tools and techniques with scale
Qualifications
Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related courses from a reputable university; with good academic records
Open to candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience or fresh graduates with strong knowledge in UI/ UX design, software engineering and development and data analytics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in teams
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Retail Industry 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
