A Social Staff is the one who is in charge of checking, screening and evaluating eligibility to avail PhilHealth benefit prior to the actual treatment of the patient. This Staff shall also process PhilHealth claims prior to the transmittal to PhilHealth. He/she must coordinate with the radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and the administration officer (or clinical officer) for completion of needed information for the PhilHealth claims data.
