Coordinate with the Team Leader and perform operations to answer client needs in line with the company's mission and vision.
Provide excellent customer service by adhering to a set criteria and perform support in an urgent and timely manner.
Monitor social media conversations, comments and live broadcasts using the client tools and find out trends that can be used in problem identification and resolution.
Always assist and cooperate with team members on the improvement of the whole project and formulation of new strategies for social media support.
Adhere to information security measures and data protection or privacy policies.
Work from home arrangement: stable internet connection during shift.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
Knowledgeable about social media trends across different platforms.
Creative, analytical, resourceful, and willing to learn.
Passionate or interested in games and social media.
Skills in social media management is an advantage, but not required.
Must be willing to work in shifting schedule including graveyard shift, on weekends, and on holidays
We are completely work-from-home for the foreseeable future, so decent internet connection is required.
Willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati City once the company resumes to work-on-site
