Social Media Strategist
with digital experience

What are we looking for:
MultiplyMii is in search of a
Social Media Strategist
who is self-driven, ambitious, digital-savvy, and has deep experience in the world of social media. You will be working with our US client based in Florida. Our client has built a reputation of
being the best of the best in commercial agricultural, athletic turf, and golf course fertilizers
. They have been in the business for 26 years to date and have been involved with ecommerce or Amazon space for 4 years already.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and
possesses impeccable English communication
in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
Requirements

-Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
-Post engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
-Define most important social media KPIs
-Respond to customers in a timely manner
-Monitor, track and report feedback and online reviews
-Monitors discussions, respond in a timely fashion where appropriate
-Help with monthly reporting and analysis
-Manually follow and grow social media accounts (FB, IG, TW)
-Coordinate with Marketing, Account Managers and Strategy teams
-Alert Communications Manager and appropriate staff as issues arise and work with staff to resolve issue
-Maintain a Responders List of members and/or staff who can be reached quickly to respond to specific questions
-Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists
-Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
-This is a remote position.
