Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
Familiarity with social media analytics and tools
Experience with paid social media advertising, campaign management, and tracking metrics (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to create engaging and creative content (both text and visuals) tailored to each platform.
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
