Salary: Php 40,000.00 - Php 45,000.00 (Depending on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Your Responsibilities as Social Media Specialist would be:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives and enhance brand presence across various platforms.
Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content, that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and customer concerns.
Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to align social media initiatives with overall business goals.
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific marketing objectives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms, policies, and regulations, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
Qualifications as Social Media Specialist:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience with Social Media Management and desirable to have Marketing experience, Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Web Design and Strategy, Data Collection and Analysis, technology skills.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and best practices.
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is a plus.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
