Description
- Be the Cooperative's voice on Facebook and other applicable social media
- Manage all social media accounts, primarily Facebook
- Lead, plan, and execute the Cooperative's online engagement and support strategy
- Initiate and implement social media metrics and other best practices
- Provide social media reports, analyses, and actionable insights to assist management decisions
-Work with graphics artist to create a savvy, relevant, on-brand online presence
-Develop and manage our online community so that social media content is segmented based on
member groups
-Organize Cooperative materials online so that relevant information is accessible to its intended
members and target audiences
-Co-manage the team's social media calendar with supervisor
-Collaborate with internal teams and listen to members and other stakeholders to ensure online
content stays relevant, useful, and important to our members
-Work with support team to manage online queries, concerns, comments
-Provide support to teammates according to team goals
