Description
1. Working within the Marketing team to plan and fulfill the implementation of marketing programs and campaigns, and tasks for the brand within the given region over social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others as requested including emails.
2. Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
3. Helping in organizing and participating in online events to build community and meet marketing objectives
4. Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications across the company's platforms.
5. Drive community engagement with programs, interaction, and content. This includes social media, emails, newsletters and video channel content, slack and in-person events.
6. Assist in managing the implementation of a social media content strategy and achieve goals to increase brand awareness and engagement.
7. Create plans to engage and further grow our list of Influencers. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
8. Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.
9. Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
10. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
11. Manage social media traffic and engage online audiences
12. Analyze analytics of social media platforms
13. Create reports related to the effectiveness of each social media platform, and other reports that will be required by the management.
14. Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content on all popular social media APP platforms, using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
15. Work with creatives and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
16. Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
17. Perform other related tasks deemed necessary by the management.
