Job Description
SUMMARY
Company's Software is a cutting edge digital performance marketing technology firm looking for multiple social media marketing analysts with expert proficiency with Facebook ads manager as well as Snapchat, YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest. We are currently looking for 3 quality analysts, also with the potential to hire out a graphic designer and illustrator role. Key requirements for analysts include 1-4 years experience working directly with Facebook ads manager, a university degree, written and spoken english language fluency, the ability to work independently in a remote setting, and strong ability with analyzing data, identifying trends and generating recommendations supported by insights.
WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for 3 people to fill the role of social media marketing analyst. We are also looking for a graphic designer and an illustrator.
DAY TO DAY JOB PERFORMANCE
We need analysts that will build new campaigns, adset, and ads through Facebook's ads manager platform and report on campaign performance.
For campaign buildouts, our internal team will provide campaign buildout parameters (adset budgets, audiences to target, audiences to exclude, auto-rules for when to turn on campaigns, UTMs, placements, etc) and creative + above and below the fold copy. They will then be responsible for using Facebook's Ads Manager interface, as well as our own software tools, to build out those campaigns for launch.
For reporting, they will be responsible for helping our client services team understand performance trends. This could include:
Pulling funnel step analysis for each step of the marketing funnel (CPMs, CPC, CPATC, CPA, etc)
Comparing performance over distinct time periods (i.e., this November vs last November)
Looking at performance across a variety of demographic categories (age, gender, location, etc)
TOOLS WE USE
Trello to keep track of activities
gSuite + Microsoft Office
Slack for communication
Zoom for virtual teleconferencing
OUTCOMES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Accurate completion of campaign, adset, and ad buildouts to specification across Facebook / Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Tik Tok, and Pinterest
High volume (10+ per day) of build outs completed across the above channels
Understanding of marketing funnel dynamics and ability to proactively call out performance challenges
Ability to conduct comprehensive analysis of paid social marketing accounts to identify areas of opportunity
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2-4 years of experience working directly with Facebook ads manager as a marketing analyst or in a similar performance marketing role
University degree
Familiarity with ads managers across top social media platforms preferred
High degree of written and verbal english proficiency
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Strong quantitative skill set and ability to work independently analyzing data, identifying trends and generating recommendations supported by insights
Ability to work remotely with primarily US based colleagues and international clients
