As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to create compelling content and manage our social media channels.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement with our target audience- Create and manage content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and suggest new ideas for social media campaigns- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media advertising campaigns- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner- Analyze social media metrics and provide reports to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve our social media presence- Manage social media budget and provide cost-effective strategies to maximize ROI- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals and objectivesQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B environment- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting- Experience with social media advertising and budget management- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus- Familiarity with the consulting industry is a plusLocation and Contract Details:This is a full-time position based in Manila, NCR, Philippines. The Social Media Manager will report to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with the marketing and communications team.
