We are searching for an ambitious and hard-working Social Media Manager who will create and own our organic social strategy. This is a critical role in our mission of creating a fun and engaging brand that our customers love.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy for Instagram
Oversee day-to-day management of social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency
Track and download UGCs for use in future campaigns and reposts
Identify influencers that fit our brand and meet engagement KPIs
Work with influencers to create content for our ads and social posts
During product launches, gather a list of relevant influencers and reach out to them for gifting campaigns / collaborations
Collaborate with the team in creating engaging content in all shapes and forms, from giveaways, campaigns, collabs, etc.
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is entertaining and appealing
Observe and analyze data to measure success and growth on various KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, etc.
QA all content before going live on all platforms and QA all copy as best as possible to assure maximum engagement
Escalate social media related issues to internal team members
Experience with creating content for Twitter, Tiktok, and Pinterest is a plus
Requirements
3+ years of experience working in social media or creative as an individual, at a brand, or a well-respected agency
Experience in influencer/affiliate management is a plus
Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral)
Proficiency in social listening tools
Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to engage audiences
Understanding of popular social networks design, functionality, users
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A high level of organization with excellent attention to detail
Ability to be both a self-starter and a team player
Exceptional communication skills within the team and cross functionally
Deep affinity for brand identity, design, and visuals
Must be clever, funny, witty and smart!
