WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: FACEBOOK ADS SPECIALIST (Remote-Full Time)
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager. We will provide you with new learning opportunities, the ability to execute your own creative ideas, and continuous professional development for your career.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scheduling posts, creating engaging contents (images and videos) in coordination with our designers and writers
Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
Researching current benchmark trends and audience preferences and maintaining deep understanding of social media metrics, data analysis and ownership of data touchpoints as well as contributing and presenting strategies, learnings, and recommendations to the team
Planning, managing, and executing social media vision to drive brand discovery and customer engagement via multiple channels and partnerships (ie. Influencers, events)
Developing KPIs aligned towards driving results to meet our business goals both short term and long term
Providing leadership and guidance for social media best practices (ie. Content publishing guidelines KPI benchmarks) and channel growth strategies across our organization.
Working closely and collaboratively with other departments of the company to drive system improvements as needed
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager with proven social strategy experience and innovation in campaign strategy development
Proven experience in setting social media strategy and content direction
Proven track record of producing high quality content based on their own ideas
Has been able to grow a social network to at least 10k followers
Familiarity and expertise with various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, and Pinterest)
Familiarity and expertise with data and metric tracking tools from campaigns
Has knowledge about Linktree building, targeting and content building
Exceptional social media marketing and project management skills
Above average written communication skills for captions and other content creation needs
Proficiency with use of keywords and should be up to date with trending topics as well as hashtags
Has a deep understanding of the foundations of social media advertising campaigns
Knows how to engage people, leverage monitoring tools for insights and align their work with a brand's goals
Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities at once and able to successfully adapt to changing priorities at short notice
Ability to succeed working individually as well as with a team, and ability to perform at both strategic and tactical levels
Proactive in nature, and unafraid to be an advocate for our company and our clients
Problem solver (loves challenges!) and can easily think outside the box
Has an eye for social media trends and knows how to engage the company's followers
Background working with agencies is not a requirement but a great asset
WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9pm-1am Manila time, with the remaining 4 hours of your shift flexible.
