Job Description
Social Media Manager (Part-Time - Night Shift | US)
Part-time 20 hours per week
Php 18,000 to 20,000 take-home pay monthly, negotiable
Monday to Friday, between 11:00 pm - 5:00 am PHT Work Schedule

About the Client:
Our client based in the United States is an IT professional who owns an AI company and a property investor as well. He is currently looking for an effective and motivated Social Media Manager.
About the Role:
The Social Media Manager will administer the company's social media marketing and advertising.
Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand
Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts
Analyzing the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs
Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)
Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content
Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising
Leverage the right tools (if available) to manage your content
Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)
Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns
Qualifications:
Has solid years of experience in a related or equivalent role for at least 3 years
Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Asana (not required)
Is proficient in and/or certified in Google Analytics
Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the company's field.
Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written, audio and video format.
Practices superior time management.
Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
