Working for our Australian and/or US clients remotely or from the comfort of your home-office. Your day will be filled with a myriad of tasks, as you assist your clients in the day to day running of their small-to-medium businesses.
Working with 50+ of our valued clients as their "Virtual Social Media Manager", you will help our clients with their social media strategies.
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager
to administer social media accounts for some of our clients. You will be responsible for creating original written and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. As a Social Media Manager, you will to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Requirements
-Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
-Hands on experience in content management
-Excellent copywriting skills
-Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
-Ability to create content calendar
-Knowledge of online marketing channels a plus
-Familiarity with web design a plus
-Making enticing graphics
-Develop social media processes for each clients
-Provide in-depth reports and analytics
-Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
-Confident to liaise with western virtual bosses
-Awareness of business culture of our Western clients
-Use of English phrases and sentences that is agreeable and accepted internationally
-Excellent Microsoft office skills and/ or Google Drive, such as Sheets, Docs
-Experience with Cloud CRM and task management systems
-At least 13-inch monitor
-Processor should be at least i5 or equivalent and at least 6 Gb of RAM or is running on SSD
