The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Marketing Team. He/she will be a creative and strategic storyteller with experience executing across all social media platforms. He/she will live and breathe social and cultural trends and be a fountain of knowledge when it comes to social platforms, viral campaigns, emerging conversations, brands, tools and social insights.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Get hands-on with content creation across our social media channels to bring your ideas to life
- Continuously evolve our channel and content strategy through analysis of data to understand what is working and what is not working
- Produce engaging social media content for our community of users and followers including videos, engagement posts fun challenges, product launches, case studies, live events and promotional contents
- Identify trending topics for content opportunities and develop a content calendar to ensure a constant supply of relevant content in our Social Media communities
- Grow the community in the form of new members/followers, monthly active members, interactions and comment
- Report on the success of our content across relevant channels and report back on how this supports overall business goals with the support of the Community team lead
- Monitor social media trends and the competitive landscape so we can create strategic decisions for the brand, share learnings and best practices with the wider team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or any related field
- Should be of legal age
- Has 1-3 years of proven experience in the related field
- Relevant B2B social media marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in social media management platforms and analytics
- Sales and Marketing experience is a plus
- Amenable to work in an office-based setup
- Willing to work in Iloilo
