About the role:
You'll work remotely and engage with the team online
You'll be responsible for campaigns, engagement, and strategy planning
Each team member takes responsibility and ownership of outcomes
Responsibilities:
Analyze engagement data from YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok
Provide reports and analytics on engagement
Plan strategies and campaigns to engage the audience
Meet with the team regularly via voice/video chat to plan ahead
Plan organic and paid ad campaigns across social media
Create media plans, content formats, and other plans
Help develop marketing campaigns for paid ads on Facebook and others
Set KPIs for certain campaigns and monitor performance
Help plan content schedules and timetables for regular content
Help identify trending topics and potential memes
Position requirements:
Demonstrable experience managing large social media accounts
Experience managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
Knowledge of creating social media posts and how to edit and post content
Able to use Google workspace and other online team working tools
Interest or experience with crypto is highly desirable
Creative, self-starter, and happy to take responsibility and ownership of performance
