We're looking for a sharp, AI-savvy Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence across multiple established brands. This isn't a "post and forget" role - you'll be working directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape content strategy, drive engagement, and build brand authority across platforms.

You'll have the autonomy to bring creative strategies to the table, the support of a skilled team behind you, and direct access to decision-makers who value initiative and results. What You'll Be Doing
Own and manage social media strategy and content across multiple brands and platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more)
Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team on brand vision, messaging, and content direction
Develop content calendars, campaign strategies, and creative concepts that drive engagement and growth
Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and bring fresh, data-informed ideas to the table
Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, and others) to accelerate content creation, ideation, and workflow efficiency
Manage content scheduling and publishing using tools like SocialPilot or similar platforms
Use design tools such as Canva (with AI features) to produce polished visual content
Track performance metrics, analyze results, and refine strategy based on what's working
Coordinate with internal support teams for design, content distribution, and website publishing
What We're Looking For
Required
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses (portfolio or examples preferred)
Strong proficiency with AI tools - you actively use platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI image/video generators in your workflow
Excellent written communication skills in English with a strong eye for brand voice and tone
Experience developing content strategies, not just executing someone else's plan
Familiarity with social media management platforms (SocialPilot, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
Comfortable working the night shift from our Cebu Business Park office (US Central Time hours, with flexibility)
Strong organizational skills - you'll be managing content across multiple brands simultaneously
Self-motivated and proactive - you don't wait to be told what to do
Nice to Have
Experience with ecommerce brands or B2B service companies
Background in video content creation (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Knowledge of SEO and how social content supports broader digital marketing goals
Experience with analytics and reporting dashboards
Understanding of the outsourcing/BPO industry
