Job Description
Assist in writing and adapting social media copy/content for Australia specific audience across social media channels, that is in-line with each individual client's style, tone and voice.
Manage tools and resources to search, save and organise user-generated content for use.
Draft content posts for schedules in advance using scheduling tool, Kontentino (similar to Hootsuite), and/or native platforms.
Experience and knowledge within the Social Media space, including thorough knowledge in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
Responsible for writing, proofreading, and editing content for multiple platforms, across social media.
Continually improving and implementing social best practices
Hands-on experience producing social content and developing assets (writing copy, creating, and editing visuals)
Excellent project management skills
Demonstrated knowledge of social media best practices to drive a positive community sentiment in the social media space
Experience in and knowledge of social media scheduling, communication, and image design platforms, e.g. Canva, Kontentino (similar to Hootsuite), and Microsoft Teams.
Understanding of social media advertising; specifically Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads Platform.
Experience in juggling multiple projects and liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, speed and confidence, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, initiative driven, passion for achieving results.
Excellent Australian written and verbal communication skills, proper knowledge of sentence structure, grammar, spelling, and tenses for Australian business.
An understanding of the different time zones across Australia, specifically during daylight saving periods.
Must have the ability to think creatively and translate ideas into great content.
Apply extensive research and analysis to understand the products, services, brand, and marketing strategy.
Understanding and integrating keywords in the content to make it SEO Optimised.
Understand the target audience needs and expectations across a broad range of industries.
Ability to use content writing software, i.e., MS Word, Google Docs
Produce monthly reports and analysis on key metrics to ensure effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimisations.
Qualifications
High level knowledge and understanding of the META group of social media platforms backend, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Business Manager, Creator Studio, and Business Suite.
High level knowledge and understanding of META Group policies, community guidelines, rules, and responsibilities in relation to page, community, groups, and advertising management.
Understanding of backend systems and policy compliance across LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Be able to use or willing to learn Kontentino, our scheduling tool (similar to Hootsuite)
Have creative skills and the ability to use Canva for social post creative design work.
The ability to use Microsoft Teams for communication with internal team and clients.

Work Location (Hybrid Setup)
Candidates are required to report in the office at least 10X/month.
Offices are located in Eastwood, Libis / Alabang, Muntinlupa / Pampanga
