Content Moderation and Community Engagement across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)
Reporting (performance of paid ads, etc)
Respond to customer reviews
Track customers' comments/feedback/requests
Answer customer product-based queries via email and other communication platforms with templated responses and escalate issues if necessary
The Requirements
More than 2 years of experience with customer service platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk, Hubspot, LiveAgent, etc)
More than 1 year of experience social media content moderation and community engagement
Experience with Slack, Google Suite and Google Sheets
Ability to adapt to dynamic changes in the workplace
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Amenable to work on Australian Eastern Standard Time
