What are we looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of a Social Media and Sales Outreach Specialist who is self-driven, ambitious, digitally-savvy, and has deep experience in the world of sales and outreach. You will be working with our LA-based client, a performance - oriented digital marketing agency whose goal is to bring digital growth strategies of the largest companies in the world to their clients.
You will be working on driving sales and generating high-quality leads for the business and you should be able to research, identify different types of businesses to target, different archetypes of customers and write up different email flows for each archetype (and also utilize other channels of outreach including Instagram DM, LinkedIn DM etc.)
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in both written and verbal. The ideal candidate has a passion for work, a keen eye for detail, and should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Cold outreach of potential clients/customers
Write up different email flows to send to different archetypes of businesses and customers
Create and manage a sales system that is repeatable and scalable
Research and analyze different prospect and lead potentials
Manage a pipeline of leads and sales opportunities
Maintain accurate and detailed records of the prospect identified
Reach out to leads via emails, and do subsequent follow-ups
Understand Marketing Agency services; provide relevant services for prospects
Enter and update necessary data into relevant databases
Validate contact details and customer information to build databases
Generate reports & managing spreadsheets
Correct errors and organize the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing
Ensure data entry accuracy and correct flow of information from different in-house systems
Additional administrative duties as needed
Leads and company (including linked in profiles) research and to identify pertinent information
Discover email addresses, full names, company names based on the website or LinkedIn profiles of potential customers
Monitor, track and report feedback on performance to founders of the company
Monitors discussion, respond in a timely fashion where appropriate
Proactively optimize to reach KPI's and increase close rates
About You:
Core qualifications:
Proven 3+ years of work experience in Sales, Social Media and Outreach Specialist, or equivalent
Experience in B2B
Experienced in planning and leading social media content and initiatives
Practical knowledge of web traffic metrics
Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
Good email writing capabilities
Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Money-Motivated and Performance Oriented
Team player and highly self-motivated
Ability to rapidly prioritize, innovate, initiate and react to changing market dynamics
Ability to develop marketing strategies
Strong project and time management capabilities
Sales for agency, consultancy, digital service, or SAS a plus
Social Media community management skills a plus
