This role will focus on maintaining our social media presence by making sure that our day to day content plans for our various platforms are properly executed, managing our channels and representing our brand in its best image. We are looking for a witty and organized person who will both sustain our content strategy and our audience experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling all brand social media accounts management. You will have access to all the accounts via a third party social media management platform and thus will need to secure them and ensure that there is zero disclosure of information that will breach our company's trust.
Responsible for managing the social media activities, including but not limited to regular postings on various social media channels, handling the social media ad campaigns, sharing, commenting, and answering audience queries on social media
Monitor and develop reports on social media activities for all our platforms
Work with Social Media Manager and other team members to develop social media timelines coinciding with product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Representing our brand in its best image and keeping our tone of voice in check when responding to audiences via comments and private messages
Scheduling content posting at optimal times
Other social media related tasks that may arise
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, English, Communication, Journalism or related
1-2 years of experience in a social media-related role
Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms
Organized and can ensure day-to-day social media posting and engagement experience
Preferably a background in online customer service and web experience with a flexible and engaging writing style
Adaptability: Comfortable with constant changes in priorities and able to work independently or within a team, with minimal supervision
