The candidate for this role will be in charge of all social media needs for our branded stores and respond on behalf of those brands company across our social media channels, ensuring optimal audience engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
To plan out the Social Media calendar and strategy for various social media assets including Facebook posts, Facebook stories, Instagram posts, Instagram stories, Telegram and other platforms that may be utilized by the team
Craft out thought invoking content and viral topics that make people share and engage across various topics
Reply to comments on social media pages, maintaining our public social media channels safe, spam-free, and friendly.
Seek joint venture opportunities for cross-promos with other influencers in the space
Represent branded stores in their best image and keeping our tone of voice in check when responding to audiences via comments and private messages
Scheduling content posting at optimal times
Other social media related tasks that may arise
Requirements
BA/BS degree in any relevant field
Someone that eats, breathes and lives in the social media world
To be very familiar with the various Social Media posting requirements, format, guidelines, best practices (FB/IG/Telegram)
Knows how to seamlessly integrate various Social Media assets into an easy to manage software
Good in designing visually appealing images for quote cards, branding etc.
Background in social media content creation, community management and online customer service
Fluent in writing persuasively in English, preferably with wit and humor
