We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who has a flair for creativity and user engagement. You will be joining our growing team to own and become the voice of Magic on social media. You will also closely work with sales, marketing, and external agencies to ensure our branding is consistent across all platforms.
Strategize and execute social media campaigns
Monitor user engagement and respond to queries in a timely manner
Provide reports on content performance, organic posts, and community insights
Propose and implement necessary adjustments in response to OKRs
At least 1 year experience as Social Media Manager
At least 2 years experience as Community Manager or a similar role
Deep understanding of major social media platforms
Excellent communication skills
Experience in data analysis a plus
Writing and/or design knowledge a plus but not required
