Manage and help the brand grow across different social media platforms
Provide customer assistance and respond to inquiries
Create engaging posts, videos, captions, and campaigns that align the brand, includes planning and scheduling
Design on-brand graphics for posts, campaigns, and promotions
Monitor and track performance, providing simple weekly reports on growth and engagement
Qualifications:
Experience in Social Media Management (portfolio or samples required)
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Familiarity with tools for content creation and strategy
Creative mindset with an eye for design and social media trends
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
At least Senior Highschool Graduate (new curriculum)
Comfortable using a laptop
Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule, holidays and night shift included
